KOSPI-listed company InskoBi announced on the 1st that it has signed a strategic Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with blockchain technology firm SymVerse Labs. The two companies plan to jointly launch a next-generation financial platform based on blockchain technology.

This agreement was established to combine the technological capabilities, infrastructure, and business competencies of both companies to jointly promote a practical platform business using blockchain technology. They plan to jointly pursue a Security Token Offering (STO) business and a Web 3.0-based financial platform initiative, including the formulation of detailed business plans and discussions on establishing a joint venture.

Both companies expect the agreement to serve as a foundation for launching profitable ventures. They also intend to collaborate preferentially in each other’s independent projects to maximize synergy.

SymVerse Labs has been solidifying its position as a blockchain specialist by building a diverse ecosystem of blockchain services, including decentralized wallet Sallt.io, DeFi, and NFT-based social networking platforms. SymVerse Labs was founded by CEO Soo-Hyuk Choi, a leading expert in the field who previously worked at the Korea Information Society Development Institute (KISDI) and served as an adjunct professor in the Blockchain Department at Korea University’s Graduate School of Information Security.

A SymVerse Labs representative stated, “Through collaboration with InskoBi, we aim to expand the real-world applicability of blockchain technology and realize innovative Web3-based service models grounded in daily life.”

An InskoBi representative commented, “In addition to our current business focus on K-beauty and biotech, we plan to adopt platform ventures based on blockchain technology as a new growth engine. This agreement marks the first step toward global business expansion grounded in technological innovation”.
